So the trilogy of Arsenal vs Liverpool has ended in such a heart-breaking way.
CL Q.final 1st leg: A clear penalty wasn't awarded.
CL Q.final 2nd leg: A dubious penalty was given.
Justice is undone by referees in the names of Liverpool. And they got all the luck. If luck does evens itself, Liverpool should beware of series of bad luck in the future. I bemoan all the misfortunes that fell to the Arsenal team.
If you want to see goals resulted from keeper's long-kick instead of beautiful flowing short passing game, by all mean get Arsenal out of the way. If only such style deserves it.
A sad day for all the gooners. Yelling "referee kelong" is the only solace. Feel 100% proud of the team but nonetheless this kind of defeat is hard to swallow and they will feel very very hard done. Just hope the squad can bounce back asap.
Looking at the positive sides, both goals are contributed by youngsters whom we have so much belief but have yet to blossom that makes others feel that Arsenal's squad depth is not enough.
1st goal, nicely taken by Diaby.
2nd goal, what an amazing run and assist by Walcott.
Salute! And what a sad classic.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ Welcome! 欢迎!@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Welcome to my virtual home. This is a little private space for me to put my thoughts and share my feelings since 2005. Due to my wide range of interests, there are perhaps too many tags. I would explain some of the less obvious tags:
"About Life" is really about how I have been pondering about life and what enlightenments and paradigm shifts I had experienced.
"About Psi" contains most topics about happiness, optimism vs pessimism,
confidence, comparison, pride and prejudice and other psychological aspects.
"About Logical Thinking" is about my own way of interpretating and explaining
certain issues, aiming to debunk (or create?) superficialness of them.
"About Ideology" is about my thoughts on big concepts like freedom, justice,
fairness in society and religion.
"About Society" is more about my observations about the society, often through interactions with different peoples.
"My Country" reveals my frustration, critics and hope
on my homeland - Malaysia.
"My Little Pieces" has more short posts though mostly are written in Mandarin.
While I do have some posts on book reviews and business, I am planning to
separate them into author-specific and content-specific blogs. Stay tuned.
Enjoy your reading!
